Ovo High-Chair

Ok, so in my opinion, it's going to be really hard to beat the design of these high-chairs. They're modern but warm, and come in the sweetest colors. These OVO highchairs by Micuna are going right on my wishlist if we have a #2. And as if the design doesn't sell itself already, the word OVO means egg in Portugese! The round edges makes sure it's safe for babies. The white legs come off so they can be turned into regular chairs.

Rockers & Gliders

Always wanted a rocker/glider and never got to get one. I can't wait to own one. I'll sit on it all the time - to read, to read to the little guy, to cuddle with the little guy and if and when we have another, all of the above too. Rather than asking what rocker style fits your home, I'll ask.. what rocker style are you? Because I realized that each style is so different from the other and they each have a unique personality.

Treehouse + Bed = Treebed?

If I could pick any kind of bed when I was little it would, without a doubt, be a treehouse bed. Too bad I didn't know about them when I was little, or I would've begged and begged my parents until they got me one! Instead of the "fortresses" my sister and I built with mattresses, pillows and blankets, I'd already have a secluded get-away of my own. Ah, that is why I shall live vicariously through my little one(s). It's true, 90% of the things we buy for the little guy is because they make ME happy! hehe But back to the treehouse beds - it's simple, they're plain awesome.

Bookcase Dollhouse

Is it a bookcase? Or is it a dollhouse? Actually it's both! Multi-functioning furniture are the best, especially in confined spaces like a kids play room or bedroom. I love the idea of using regular bookcases to create a doll house. Just add some washi tape/masking tape for a roof with a few personal touches and embellishments and you have an entire new space to play with.

Meet "Quackie" a duck storage system for kids. I am so loving the design, I had to blog about it today! The makers of "Quackie" are still looking for a manufacturer to produce their design and I have all of my fingers crossed that that will happen in the near future because it's such an adorable idea!

Our Pick: Big Boy Bed

I was on a long hunt for the perfect big boy bed for our little man. He moved out of his crib very early on due to traveling, so he was sleeping on a twin mattress for months until we decided it was time he got a bed frame. The transition worked out really well because he got used to being on a twin mattress, so once the bed arrived, the elevation didn't phase him and he hasn't fallen off.

Pantone Drawers

What a wonderful idea this is! You go to a hardware store, pick a pantone color card and get the colors in the sample size, take it home, paint your drawers and voila you have a one-of-a-kind chic piece of furniture! I love the choice of this seafoam green with the old colored walls.
